Planning Status
The Block 41 Secondary Plan was adopted by Vaughan Council on October 7, 2019, approved by York Region on January 30, 2020, and fully approved by Ontario Land Tribunal order dated August 18, 2021 as OPA 50. Ontario Regulation 644/20 permits a mix of residential, commercial, institutional and recreational uses.
